House Flip Finished After an Easy Remodel Bought 11/2/2018

I bought this house from the MLS for $235,000 back in November. It was an easy flip where we spend less than $15,000 on the repairs. We have about $20,000 in other costs for financing, selling, and carrying costs. The house will be listed for $309,900 today! I would love to have more like this if we could find them!
You can see a list of the 60 or so flips we have done over the last few years here: the repairs on this one, we spent most of the money on carpet and paint. We also replaced some light fixtures, did minor bathroom work, and cleaned up everything. The living room hardwood floors were also refinished.
